How Calizona Global collects, uses and protects personal data.
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. Who we are
Calizona Global (“we”, “us”) is a knowledge partner for schools, colleges and universities. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at contact@calizonaglobal.com.
2. Data we collect
- Enquiry form: institute name, official email address, phone number, institution type, contact person’s name, designation and a description of your requirement.
- Career Guide chat: your quiz answers are processed in your browser to show a result. They are not sent to or stored on our servers, and the chat does not ask for personal details.
- Usage data: only if you accept analytics, we receive aggregated information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and performance metrics.
- Correspondence: emails and messages you send us.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, discuss and plan partnerships, improve the website and its performance, keep the site secure and comply with legal obligations. We do not use enquiry data for automated decision-making.
4. Consent and legal basis
We process personal data with your consent or for purposes permitted under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and deliver email and analytics, and only as needed for those services, or where the law requires disclosure.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer required.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and server-side validation, and we keep credentials in protected environment settings rather than in public code. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Children and students
This website is intended for institutional representatives and for students exploring careers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the website. Where programs are delivered to students, student data is handled under terms agreed with the institution, including any parental consent the law requires.
9. International processing
Our hosting, email and analytics providers may process data on servers outside India. We choose providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
10. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email contact@calizonaglobal.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
11. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details of the browser storage and optional analytics we use.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last revised.
